Torso twists are a great exercise to create a slim waistline by tightening your muscles of your core.

To get the benefits you must perform with strict form. You NEVER win a prize for doing a certain number of reps or lifting a certain amount of weight (obvious exceptions aside)

Keep your core drawn in. Rotate your torso / shoulders NOT your hips. Perform the motion slow and under complete control.

Proper form = work for the transverse abdominis, right, left internal and external obliques.

Back Fat Workout.

In this part of my Rock Your Body Workout I target my back with 4 basic exercises that tighten and tone this large area of the body. A lot of people skip the back because it is not in front of them in the mirror everyday - this is a big mistake! Think of the body as a whole. The more lean muscle you can add the more calories your body will burn and the faster your metabolism will burn away fat stores in your body. Working your back will only help to improve your front side so don’t skip it!
