Strong & Sexy Workout For Busy Women Instructions:

1. Pistol Squat (8-10 reps per side)

2. Chin-Ups (4 reps)

3. Hamstring Curl (12-15 reps)

4. T- Pushup (8 reps)

5. March Plank (30 seconds)’

Take 1 minute break between sets. Repeat the cycle for a total of 4-5 rounds.
