What is the best exercise to get the lower abs???? or what women call it the "pooch"?
no such thing as the lower abs.
the rectus abdominis is a single muscle and muscles either contract as a whole or not at all. this is why you can’t isolate part of a muscle.
to get rid of the pooch you have to decrease your body fat % low enough to see the desired results in that area. you can’t spot reduce fat stores
Sit ups work best for me =^)

Want a free awesome stomach workout? Try this, i just started doing it recently, lay at the end of your bed or on the side and scoot towards the edge so your upper body is off the bed. Lean as far back as you can and then come up like a sit-up. There is no back strain and its soft b/c ur on the bed. Try doing 12 it’ll burn like no other!

this requires two peeps for best results, lay on ur back with your legs together in the air, and have a buddy stand at your shoulders facing your feet. Have them push your legs down to both sides and the center, your job is to keep your feet from touching the ground do 3 sets of 20 and feel the BURN!!!

crunches, sit-ups, no late night eating, no alcohol, always try to suck in that pooch when you’re walking, bending, exercising, pretty much every time you think about it, until it becomes habit to hold it in.
